Position Summary

Join General Dynamics’ European Risk Management team and play a key role in supporting both General Dynamics European Land Systems and Jet Aviation. In this dynamic, international environment, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of insurance programs while collaborating with colleagues across Europe. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations—ensuring smooth administration, supporting strategic decisions, and helping manage risk across multiple business units.

Your Mission

  • Support the administration of Property, Specialty, and Casualty insurance programs
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements
  • Coordinate intercompany invoicing, brokerage collection, and renewal data
  • Manage cargo and liability claims from handling through resolution
  • Assist with budget tracking and stakeholder relationship management
  • Collaborate with international teams and travel across Europe when required

Your Profile

  • Relevant Qualification in Property and Casualty insurance with at least 3 years of experience
  • Strong affinity for numbers and interest in liability and indemnity.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) from both a developer and advanced user perspective.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Previous insurance administration experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
  • Fluent in English, German and/or French would be a plus
