Position Summary
In this high-impact role as Finance Manager, you are responsible for upholding the highest levels of precision in financial reporting and compliance. Together with your AR and AP teams you are driving the operating working capital streams of the entity for its three lines of businesses Aircraft Management, Charter and Government Programs. This role allows you to drive operational efficiency to the next level and to provide meaningful data analysis to the senior management team for their strategic decision-making.
Your mission
- Leadership: Manage a team of nine professionals (3 direct, 6 indirect), fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Manage Financial Operations: Prepare account reconciliations, manage cashflows and provide precise financial analysis and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accounts Receivables: Ensure timely and accurate billing, customer account management, cash collection.
- Accounts Payables: Drive accurate cost coding, on-time vendor payments, fraud prevention and VAT declaration.
- Financial Reporting: Provide monthly reports, cashflow forecasts, and ensure compliance with accounting policies (OR and US-GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key contact for auditors and internal teams, supporting ad hoc queries of the sales & operations teams.
- Process Improvement: Formalize and enhance financial workflows driving WC improvements and customer profitability.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven leadership skills in a similar position
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (VBA a plus), knowledge in group financial reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, BI tools).
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Service-oriented person with strong financial acumen.
- Ability to prioritize whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
