Line & Ramp Services Agent

Position Summary
This position is responsible for serving the customer’s needs and the requirements of their aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation policy and procedures by performing the duties listed below.
Main Responsibilities
- Safe operation of ground support equipment (GSE)
- Marshalling, Parking and Towing of Aircrafts
- Usage of conveyor belt and passenger stairs and any other equipment
- De-icing Aircraft (driver and sprayer) in case the station has this equipment
- Maintain all FBO equipment - good operating condition and appearance
- Ensure cleanliness of airside facilities (ramp office, hangar, others)
- Toilet and Water Services
- Support supervisors/team leaders as required
- Fully adhere to all Jet Aviation and airport policies and all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide a positive and professional first impression by exhibiting the proper demeanor, organization and service level to arrivingt and departing guests
- Greet customers in a welcoming, friendly and respectful manner
- Adhere to the department standards of excellence for exceptional customer service, grooming and dress code
- Ensure that all services provided are properly recorded for billing.
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding needs and responding quickly to them
- Participate in the Safety & Quality Management System in accordance to the safety and quality policy and be pro-actively involved in a positive safety culture environment
- Identify and report potential hazards and near misses as well as occurences as required by the internal reporting system "JetSafe"
- Conduct all work in accordance with Jet Aviaton's Polciies, Manuals & Procedures
- Be able to perform daily, weekly and monthly equipment checklists
- Other duties as required (incl. projects)
Minimum Requirements
- General education degree required
- Aviation experience and background is an advantage
- Knowledge of mechanics is a plus
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Good understanding of local language is an advantage
- Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Russian or Arabic are a benefit
- Readiness to work under shifts and work weekends and irregular hours
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and web-based applications
- Desire to deliver excellent service
