Position Summary

Are you passionate about aviation and delivering excellent customer service? Join our Zurich Customer Service team at Jet Aviation as an intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic aerospace environment. As part of Jet Aviation, you will work alongside experienced professionals and support daily operations that shape the customer’s journey. The preferred start date for this position is November 2026.

Your Role

  • Provide professional flight services at our fixed-base operator in Zurich, ensuring professional and welcoming customer experience 
  • Anticipate customer needs, coordinate personalized services, and ensure every interaction reflects Jet Aviation’s high standards of service and hospitality
  • Create and manage aircraft handling requests in our tool FBO One, incorporating additional services as requested to ensure handling orders are complete and ready for invoicing
  • Prepare and distribute flight packages for flight crews, including weather information, wind charts, and NOTAMs
  • Coordinate arrangements for flight crews and customers, including hotels, ground transportation, cabin-item storage, catering, customs services, and other vendor requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and workplace experience
  • Act as a welcoming ambassador for Jet Aviation by creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every customer and crew member 
  • Properly maintain passenger and crew lounges and assist with the upkeep of the company carpool vehicles

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant study program in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Aviation Management or a related field; matriculation during the entire internship period is required
  • Experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles in a leading hospitality environment.
  • Aviation experience and background are an advantage  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage, both written and verbal
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic are a benefit
  • Valid driver's license, Category B is mandatory
