Position Summary

The Billing FBO Intern supports the Billing FBO team with administrative and invoice-related tasks. The role focuses on assisting with document handling, basic verification activities, reporting support, and filing to help ensure accurate records and well-organized documentation. The position is intended to provide practical experience in billing and administrative processes within a structured business environment.

Your Role

  • Support the allocation of fuel tickets and ensure they are archived and documented correctly
  • Assist with processing third-party invoices by checking them for completeness and accuracy, allocating them in FBOOne, and filing them accordingly.
  • Download reports from FBOOne and supplier portals and support comparisons between internal data and supplier reports, such as transportation, catering, and airport invoices.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate them to the supervisor for review.
  • Review credit card receipts for completeness and proper documentation, and archive them appropriately.
  • Support the Billing FBO team with general administrative and documentation-related tasks as required.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and any other language is an asset

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, aviation management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Good organizational skills and a structured way of working.
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and handling data in an organized manner.
  • Reliable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
