Position Summary

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you are one of the first faces our passengers and crew meet at Jet Aviation. You combine genuine hospitality with operational excellence, ensuring every arrival and departure runs smoothly and every guest feels truly welcome.

 

This position is initially offered for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

 

Your Role

  • Coordinate handling requests, slots, PPRs and services for passengers and crew.
  • Create and maintain handling orders and services in FBO One, ensuring accurate billing.
  • Arrange ground transportation, hotels, catering, customs, storage and other services.
  • Prepare flight packages including weather information, wind charts and NOTAMs.
  • Coordinate the smooth delivery of luggage, cargo and flight packages to and from aircraft.
  • Welcome and assist passengers and crew with a professional, friendly and proactive approach.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide fast, effective solutions.
  • Maintain passenger and crew lounges and support site and vehicle-related tasks.
  • Follow all safety, quality, airport and company requirements and report hazards or incidents.
  • Support the Customer Service Supervisor and Site Management with operational tasks and projects.
  • Must be physically fit and capable of safely assisting with the handling and transportation of passengers and their luggage.

Your Profile

  • Degree in hospitality or aviation experience.
  • Experience in high-end hospitality or customer service.
  • Fluent English; German is an advantage, including Swiss German.
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus.
  • Valid Category B driver's licence.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications; FBO One experience is desirable.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A warm, confident and service-oriented personality.
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently, in a team and under time pressure.
  • A genuine “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • This position requires to work on shift (early/late shift) from Monday-Sunday
