Position Summary
As our Global Compensation Leader, you will play a key role in defining and delivering a global compensation strategy that attracts, motivates, and rewards our people. Working across countries, functions, and cultures, you will ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, transparent, compliant, and closely aligned with our business priorities and values.
From job architecture and salary structures to annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, pay equity, and M&A integration, you will lead high-impact initiatives that influence the employee experience across the organization. As a trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders, you will turn complex compensation data and regulations into clear recommendations and meaningful business solutions.

This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least four times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our location in West Palm Beach, FL. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $115,000 - $140,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 20% of annual salary.
Your Role
- Set the global compensation strategy: Develop and lead global, regional, and local compensation programs that are market competitive and aligned with business priorities, operational goals, company values, and culture.
- Own the global compensation framework: Lead the design and governance of job architecture, job leveling, salary structures, and compensation principles across the organization.
- Lead annual compensation cycles: Plan and manage merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including tools, timelines, training, communication, and execution.
- Oversee market benchmarking: Manage global market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation survey participation to support competitive pay practices.
- Provide compensation expertise: Advise HR and Total Rewards partners on salary offers, pay decisions, retention actions, and other compensation-related matters, while supporting executive compensation activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Monitor global compensation legislation and ensure alignment with pay transparency, equal pay, wage compliance, and other applicable requirements.
- Partner with regional teams: Collaborate with regional HR and Total Rewards leaders to maintain pay competitiveness and ensure the effective execution of compensation programs.
- Deliver compensation analytics: Lead the development and distribution of compensation dashboards, analytics, reporting, and pay equity reviews to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support M&A activities: Lead global compensation due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Represent Jet Aviation globally: Act as a trusted representative of Jet Aviation internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
Who You Are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- You bring at least seven years of experience in Human Resources and compensation, with extensive knowledge of compensation practices, principles, and regulations.
- You have proven experience designing, developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that support organizational culture, values, and business strategy.
- You have knowledge of international regulatory environments and their impact on compensation programs.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with HR information systems.
- You have strong project management and prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and can build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a highly detail-oriented and accurate approach.
- You are collaborative, pragmatic, and able to work effectively across countries, functions, and cultures.
