Position Summary
In order to reinforce the Production team in Vienna we are currently recruiting for a Licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Cessna 525 series / 550/560 series / 680 series
- Bombardier CL300 / 350 / 604 / 605 / 650
- Gulfstream 550/650
Overall job purpose is to carry out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures, authority regulations and customer requirements, under the instructions of the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities
• Work under the instructions of the Lead Engineer and/or Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that, as a team, all project plan milestones are met
• Follow the work distribution defined by the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor and assume responsibility for the work performed on the aircraft and the hours allocated per task
• Work according to the processes and defined project plan(s) in an accurate and timely manner to ensure the agreed targets and milestones are respected
• Ensure that any defect found on the aircraft is reported to the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor and transferred to the Jet Aviation ACI list
• Ensure that his worked task cards are stamped and completed on a daily basis according to the procedures and maintain correct data to Time Sheets
• Return the worked task cards to the Work Order Package and make sure the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor is informed in case further work is required
• Respect the defined channels of communication as instructed by the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist co-workers as instructed by the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
• Apply acquired skills and actively contribute in continuous improvement
• Share experience
• When workload requires or upon Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor request, assist in other work tasks to ensure the department’s goals are met
Qualification/Experience
• Two to three years’ experience as Licensed Aircraft Technician or minimum 6 years’ technical aviation experience
• Extensive mechanical / technical knowledge within the aviation industry
• Heavy experience within an industrial environment, without leadership responsibility
• Ability to read and understand Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and project plans
Education requirements:
• Technical certificate (Bac pro / Technical High School Graduation in a professional / technical area)
• Valid Part 66 B1 without limitation
• Type rating
• IT Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Fluent in english / german
• Ability to work / carry out maintenance tasks without constant supervision
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
EU citizen or valid EU work permit
We remunerate your performance with a yearly gross salary of € 40.000. Willingness for overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
