Position Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic U.S. team. You’ll work directly with regional Sales Directors—managing key data, driving process efficiency, and supporting business development efforts behind the scenes. This role is a hybrid position, working from one of our core U.S. offices at least four days a week. Priority will be given to candidates located near the following Jet Aviation hubs. They are listed in order of Jet Aviation's location preference:
— Scottsdale, AZ
— Teterboro, NJ
— West Palm Beach, FL
— Chicago, IL
The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $26 - $31 hourly, which is equivalent to $55,000 – $65,000, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

- You’ve completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field—or bring a strong combination of formal training and relevant experience

- You love learning systems, digging into data, and bringing structure to complex tasks
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently across all levels
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable navigating business platforms
- You build strong relationships across teams and can manage up, down, and across with ease
- Experience in sales support, operations, or executive coordination is a plus
- You bring a “yes” mindset—positive, adaptable, and proactive
- Bonus: you enjoy pulling and analyzing data to support smarter decision-making
Your Role
- Provide high-level support to the Sales Support Manager and Regional Sales Directors
- Create, organize, and edit proposals, presentations, and key sales documents
- Pull and analyze internal and market data to inform strategy and track business development opportunities
- Draft first-pass agreements, contracts, and leases
- Support the preparation of RFPs and charter or aircraft management proposals
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with FBOs, vendors, and internal departments
- Manage logistics and materials for sales-related events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Track deliverables, maintain timelines, and ensure the team is always a step ahead
- Contribute ideas and process improvements to elevate how the sales support function operates
- Become an integral part of a collaborative, growth-minded sales team
