Position Summary
The Lobby Attendant ensures the cleanliness, functionality, and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby area. A key focus is on maintaining and monitoring the food and snack station, assisting customers with their needs, restocking supplies, and maintaining accurate restock logs. This role is integral in delivering an exceptional guest experience through attentive service and attention to detail.
Compensation Data
The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have a valid drivers license
Main Responsibilities
— Food and Snack Station Management
o Monitor the food and snack station throughout the day to ensure it remains fully stocked, clean, and organized.
o Restock items promptly, including beverages, snacks, condiments, utensils, and napkins.
o Ensure all food items meet quality standards and are within expiration dates.
o Maintain a daily restock log to track inventory usage and replenishment needs.
o Coordinate with the purchasing or kitchen team to request additional supplies as needed.
— Customer Assistance
o Greet and assist customers and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
o Respond to inquiries about available amenities or services.
o Proactively offer assistance, such as guiding guests to specific areas or addressing immediate needs.
— Restocking and Inventory Management
o Restock supplies throughout the lobby area, including magazines, brochures, toiletries (if applicable), and other amenities.
o Keep storage areas organized and maintain an accurate record of inventory levels.

o Log restocking activities and inventory counts daily or as required.
— Cleanliness and Maintenance
o Ensure the lobby, food and snack stations, and storage areas remain clean and tidy.
o Wipe down surfaces, remove trash, and sanitize high-touch areas regularly.
o Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate team promptly.
— Safety and Compliance
o Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverage items.
o Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for guests and staff.
— Operational Support
o Assist with event setup or special requests within the lobby area.
o Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs effectively.
o Support security by monitoring lobby activity and reporting any unusual behavior or concerns.
— Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network
