Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, we are artisans of aviation, shaping the smoothest experience in private flight. Our U.S. Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join us in a 3-month, temporary full-time role. Based in Peterborough, NJ, this opportunity begins with in-person training and then transitions to a hybrid schedule.
This is a full-time temporary position, with hybrid flexibility following onsite training in Teterboro, NJ. The ideal candidate brings proven recruiting or recruiting support experience, thrives in a fast-paced, multi-department environment, and demonstrates strong organization, communication, and professionalism.
The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $30 - $40 hourly which is equivalent to $62,400 - $83,200 annually.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Sales, Entrepreneurship, HR, Management, or related preferred).
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with 3+ years in recruiting, recruiting support, or talent acquisition coordination.
- Experience working in-house across multiple departments/functions, not limited to a single specialty.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (1+ year required; SuccessFactors strongly preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with bonus points for Microsoft Forms, OneNote, and Bookings.
- Organized, process-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities with discipline and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional style.
- Inclusive mindset and a focus on creating an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Your Role
- Support three Talent Acquisition Partners with full-cycle recruiting across diverse departments — from FBO operations to HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Flight Management, Client Services and more.
- Create and post job requisitions and draft engaging job ads.
- Review resumes and screen candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with job needs and minimum requirements.
- Manage scheduling for interviews with hiring managers, executives, and candidates across time zones.
- Partner on projects that streamline processes and build scalable recruiting tools using Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
- Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and inclusive hiring practices in every stage of the process.
