Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter, Completions, Government Services, FBO, Fixed and Rotary Wing Maintenance, and Staffing. Behind every seamless Jet Aviation experience, is a team of dedicated professionals perfecting the art of flight. The artisans of aviation. The craft that brings our customers’ journey to life. In the hangar, on the ground, and behind the scenes. Enabling global flight, with passion.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Jet Aviation in Singapore and help us find the people who keep global flight moving. Recruiting in aviation is rarely a straight line. There are urgent requisitions, hard-to-find specialists, busy hiring managers, candidates in different time zones—and occasionally, a calendar that appears to have developed a personality of its own.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working at the centre of a complex, fast-moving operation—someone who can build trusted relationships, manage a high volume of requisitions, and connect outstanding people with meaningful careers in private aviation. This is a high-volume, relationship-led recruitment role with a strong focus on crew staffing. You will lead searches for pilots, cabin attendants, and other aviation professionals, while also supporting administrative, corporate, and operational hiring across the business.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for strategically driving front-to-end recruiting efforts to attract and hire top tier flight crew, and corporate talent for Jet Aviation. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers and stakeholders leveraging expertise in sourcing and interviewing to fulfill the organizations staffing needs efficiently and effectively. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the efforts and drive initiatives to attract top talent to meet the current and future business needs. This role is based in Singapore and requires a strong on-site presence of at least four days per week. Being in the office is important because the position is highly collaborative and closely connected to the operational and corporate teams based at this regional hub. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $65,000 - $80,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.

Lead, Grow, Make an Impact at Jet Aviation

At Jet Aviation, you will join a global, multicultural organisation where recruitment has a direct impact on the future of aviation operations. Our business spans aircraft management, aircraft sales, charter, completions, government services, FBO, maintenance, and staffing, creating opportunities to learn, contribute, and build relationships across multiple areas of the industry.

Our employer promise is “The effort behind effortless.” In Talent Acquisition, that means creating a smooth, informed, and respectful experience for candidates and hiring managers while helping the business find the people who make global flight possible. The role also offers the opportunity to develop deeper expertise in aviation staffing and to expand your career across a global business with multiple lines of business and international connections.

Your Profile

Required

  • At least five years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, staffing, or a comparable talent partnering role.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions or searches simultaneously, including roles requiring proactive sourcing and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and recruitment process skills.
  • Experience using recruitment technology such as an applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors/SmartRecruiters), LinkedIn, or comparable sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, fast-paced task oriented, time management, and follow-through.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across functions, seniority levels, and cultures, demonstrating elevated emotional professionalism.
  • Demonstration and commitment to Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)

Highly desirable

  • Experience recruiting or staffing pilots, cabin attendants, flight crew, or other aviation professionals.
  • Experience working in talent efforts in private aviation, business aviation, aircraft management, charter, flight operations, or an aviation staffing environment.
  • Existing relationships with aviation professionals, flight schools, crew networks, or relevant industry organisations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or specialist recruitment across the APAC region.
  • A degree or equivalent professional experience.

We recognise that strong candidates may come from different backgrounds. If you bring strong recruitment capability, a genuine interest in aviation, and the judgement to build trusted partnerships, we encourage you to apply—even if you do not meet every desirable criterion.

Your Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage front-to-end recruitment for a broad range of roles, with a particular focus on crew staffing, including pilots and cabin attendants. Experience recruiting within private aviation crewing is highly desirable, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in people who bring strong experience in staffing, recruitment, talent partnering, or high-volume specialist hiring and who are motivated to learn the aviation business in depth.

You will work with hiring managers, customers, candidates, and stakeholders across a large professional network. You will also support recruitment for administrative and corporate functions, while developing a strong understanding of Jet Aviation’s operations, business lines, customers, and people ecosystem.

Our Singapore office is positioned at the heart of a significant APAC operation. It serves as an important regional hub, with close collaboration with our family of businesses, and representation from many of Jet Aviation’s business areas.

  • Lead front-to-end recruitment for crew staffing and other business-critical positions, from intake and sourcing through interviewing.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define effective recruitment strategies, and provide practical market insight.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified pilots, cabin attendants, aviation professionals, and corporate talent through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, industry relationships, and other appropriate channels.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining excellent organisation, follow-through, documentation, and communication throughout each search.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Jet Aviation’s business, customers, operating environment, and key stakeholders so that you can represent opportunities accurately and credibly.
  • Provide recruitment support for administrative, corporate, and operational functions as required, adapting your approach to different candidate profiles and business needs.
  • Work with internal partners and external networks, including aviation organisations, flight schools, universities, professional groups, and diversity networks, to broaden and strengthen our talent pipelines.
  • Conduct or coordinate interviews and assessments, helping stakeholders apply consistent, fair, and competency-based selection practices.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and ensuring that every interaction reflects the Jet Aviation brand.
  • Represent Jet Aviation at industry events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and other talent attraction activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and reporting.
