Senior Systems Analyst

Position Summary: The Senior Solutions Analyst is responsible (in collaboration with internal and external partners) for the support of all IT solution applications used in the APAC region with main focus on SAP S4. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor APAC incidents and requests related to IT solution applications (SAPand others) and involve internal and external partners where required to ensure its timely resolution
• Coordinate between all involved parties (external consultants, software vendors). Monitor related contracts
• Ensure compliance with the ITGC rules and support periodic internal and external audits
• Provide 1st and where possible 2nd level support for  all logistic modules within SAP (MM, SD, PM/PS and ideally MRO add on solution
• Support worldwide test and implementation activities related to SAP in the logistic area
• Analyze business processes and requirements and propose suitable solutions based on the worldwide IT solution portfolio and/or externally available solutions. Perform software evaluations.
• Implement changes in the supported area and create user documentation/training material where required
• Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor of  IT
• Strong proficiency in English is required
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus and analytical skills
• Experience in similar position should be 5 years +
• Common courtesy and customer orientation
• Five years’ related experience as an IT Solutions specialist strongly preferred
• Customer service and safety focused
• Excellent communications, customer service and people skills
• Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
• Strong initiative and self-direction
