Position Summary

The Senior Director, Supply Chain & Real Estate APAC is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous improvement of regional supply chain and real estate functions across APAC. The role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to optimize operational performance, strengthen supplier and partner relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Jet Aviation’s regional supply chain and real estate strategies across APAC in alignment with global business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and supplier performance
• Drive scalable and efficient operational processes to support MRO, FBO, Completions, and Aircraft Management business lines
• Manage strategic relationships with suppliers, OEMs, logistics providers, landlords, and external partners to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and contractual compliance
• Oversee APAC real estate portfolio activities including acquisition, leasing, maintenance, optimization, and disposition of properties
• Establish operational KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with regional leadership, Finance, Quality, Operations, Legal, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure strong cross-functional alignment
• Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies across all APAC locations
• Lead sustainability, digital transformation, inventory optimization, and operational excellence initiatives across the region
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing regional teams across multiple APAC locations
• Represent Jet Aviation internally and externally with OEMs, regulatory bodies, industry groups, and the General Dynamics network
• Champion Jet Aviation’s values with a strong focus on safety, quality, customer experience, trust, and transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in supply chain and/or real estate management, including significant leadership experience within the APAC region
• Proven success in developing and executing regional supply chain and real estate strategies in a multinational environment
• Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, supplier management, and operational governance
• Experience managing regional or multi-country teams across APAC
• Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, aviation/aerospace regulatory environments, and multicultural business practices
• Ability to travel regionally as required
