Position Summary


The IT Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting, evaluating, and enhancing finance systems and solutions to meet evolving business needs. This position partners closely with Finance stakeholders to address business challenges across finance, operations, reporting, risk, and compliance, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant finance solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and improve global finance processes using SAP S/4HANA
  • Partner with regional Finance and IT teams to standardise and streamline processes
  • Translate business needs into effective system solutions
  • Design, configure, and support SAP FICO and related finance systems
  • Ensure proper integration between SAP modules and other systems
  • Provide user support for tools such as Basware (AP), Concur (T&E), and other finance systems
  • Support system implementation, testing, and quality assurance
  • Lead or support workshops, planning sessions, and solution discussions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business and product goals
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and escalate issues when needed
  • Support documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in evaluating new technologies and developing proof-of-concept solutions
  • Collaborate with global teams across business and IT functions

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP finance solutions (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO modules (GL/New GL, AP, AR, COPA, Fixed Assets, Cost/Profit Centre Accounting)
  • Experience in SAP configuration and system integration
  • Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery
  • Familiarity with finance tools such as Basware and Concur is an advantage
  • Experience working in regional or global teams
