Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cost and Billing Specialist on a 6-month contract to support Accounts Receivable and employee expense functions for Aircraft Management Services (ACS), covering entities across Hong Kong and Singapore. Reporting to the Manager, Finance ACS APAC, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong financial controls across the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoice preparation, billing, and monitoring of incoming payments
- Prepare Statements of Account (SoA), AR aging reports, and customer portfolio reports
- Perform monthly AR reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts such as customer deposits and down payments
- Track cash collections and provide regular updates to business stakeholders and the APAC Finance team
- Support monthly revenue reporting and assist in free cash flow forecasting
- Work closely with business operations to resolve billing queries, disputes, and outstanding balances
- Process and review employee expense claims via Concur, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement and recharge to customers where applicable
- Handle vendor master data creation and maintenance
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, processing, and resolving discrepancies with vendors
- Perform monthly bank, AP, intercompany, and vendor reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support SAP S/4HANA and Basware implementation, including post go-live enhancements and issue resolution
- Assist with ad hoc AR, AP, and system-related projects as required
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role
- Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) is essential
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools
