Position Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Cabin Attendant to join a Business Aviation operation, delivering an exceptional and highly personalised travel experience to VVIP passengers.

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, hospitality, cabin presentation, and service excellence throughout every journey. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate and exceed the needs of discerning passengers.

The role encompasses all aspects of cabin operations, including aircraft preparation, catering, cabin presentation and cleanliness, service delivery, and the management of on-board equipment and supplies.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of passengers, cabin load, and galley operations in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and under the overall authority and responsibility of the Commander.

  • Act as the primary link between the passengers and flight crew, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the flight.

  • Deliver highly personalised and discreet service, anticipating passenger preferences and requirements while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

  • Create a warm, refined, and comfortable cabin environment that reflects the standards and expectations of a premium Business Aviation operation.

  • Participate in the Commander’s cabin crew briefing and ensure all flight-specific information, procedures, and requirements are fully understood and followed.

  • Conduct thorough checks of all safety, cabin, catering, and other relevant equipment, promptly reporting any deficiencies to the Commander.

  • Carry out all prescribed safety and passenger-service duties in accordance with the FOM and applicable operating procedures.

  • Prepare the cabin prior to each flight, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, comfort, and readiness.

  • Manage catering arrangements and ensure the cabin is appropriately stocked and prepared for each flight, taking into consideration individual passenger preferences and requirements.

  • Maintain and monitor on-board supplies, amenities, equipment, and inventory to ensure consistent service readiness.

  • Conduct post-flight cabin checks and ensure the aircraft is appropriately prepared and presented for the next flight.

  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with VVIP passengers and their personal or travel-related information.

  • Comply fully with the FOM, Air Navigation Order (ANO), company policies, and all applicable aviation regulations.

  • Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, discretion, and impeccable service standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 consecutive years of experience with an international airline.

  • Extensive Commercial Business Class experience is essential.

  • Previous experience in Business Aviation, Corporate Aviation, First Class, or Private Jet operations is highly advantageous.

  • Private Jet or VVIP cabin experience would be an advantage.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering highly personalised service to high-net-worth individuals, VVIPs, or discerning clientele.

  • Strong understanding of cabin safety procedures and operational standards.

  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette.

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and irregular flight patterns where required.

Work Environment

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
