Beyond your license and technical experience, we are looking for someone who demonstrates ownership, professionalism, and a genuine team mindset. The successful candidate will communicate proactively, support colleagues, remain composed under pressure, and contribute positively to a safety-focused maintenance culture.

This role is an on-site position, requiring on-premises work week hours. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: S$75,000 – S$90,000, plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.

In this role, you will:

  • Complete maintenance tasks using approved work orders, OEM technical data, maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and applicable Jet Aviation procedures.
  • Certify completed maintenance within the scope of your license, authorizations, competence, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Diagnose technical faults using a structured approach and ensure that rectification work is properly completed and recorded.
  • Support aircraft release activities by maintaining accurate logbook entries, technical records, defect reports, and other required maintenance documentation.
  • Provide timely updates to planning and management teams regarding technical findings, task progress, aircraft status, and potential schedule impacts.
  • Support parts identification, parts ordering, tooling requirements, and task prioritization to help prevent avoidable delays.
  • Provide AOG or off-site maintenance support when required and liaise professionally with OEM technical representatives and other approved technical resources.
  • Apply human factors principles, error-capturing techniques, and safe maintenance practices throughout every task.
  • Assist with ground support equipment maintenance and contribute to an organized, safe, and effective work environment.
  • Share technical knowledge with colleagues and support the development of less experienced team members where appropriate.
  • Follow assigned shift plans and operational priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and cooperation.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties required to support safe and effective maintenance operations.

Who You Are

You will bring a strong avionics foundation together with a practical, collaborative, and accountable approach to aircraft maintenance.

Required qualifications and experience

  • Formal aircraft maintenance training acceptable to the applicable aviation authority and Jet Aviation’s Part 145 requirements.
