Position Summary
Provide the services in the ramp side
Minimum Requirements
- High school certificate with 2 years experience as a Ramp serviceman.
- Medical fitness.
- Equivalent English (Read – Speak)
- Course in Ramp Safety and Security.
- Course in handling and Dangerous Goods.
- Course in Human Factor.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times
Apply safety measures as required by the SMS procedures and instructions.
Report Incidents, accident and unsafe conditions immediately
G.S.E. and Gate way operating (Riyadh only). |Operation, Ramp service man, G.S.E operator, customer service and third party services.
Crew transportation.
Aircraft marching and follow me.
Train subordinates on current and new equipment, aircraft parking spots, and Ramp and safety procedures.
Hand over and briefing to next shift.
Report any incidents or accidents and write technical and administrative reports.
Apply all ramp safety and security procedures

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
