Position Summary

Manage commissary, equipment and client-item inventories (amenities, PJs, luxury goods); procure, stage and deliver items for departing flights; process offloads/returns; control stock, budgets and documentation; gather feedback and ensure clear handovers across departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commissary management: monitor stock levels, reorder food/consumables,
    maintain storage hygiene and accurate products.
  • Equipment management: track, stage, receive, inspect, and return catering
    equipment; coordinate records and requried stocks.
  • Client items management: procure, store, stage and track amenity kits, PJs and
    other luxury client items; ensure presentation standards and client-specific 
    requirements are met.
  • Order fulfillment & staging: pick, pack and stage commissary, equipment and client
    items per flight specifics adjust for flight changes, delays or cancellations.
  • Offload & returns: process offloaded items and equipment from arrivals; inspect,
    count, reconcile and return usable items to inventory or arrange disposition.
  • Inventory control & records: maintain accurate stock/location data, perform cycle
    counts, reconcile discrepancies and update inventory systems.
  • Documentation & reporting: keep complete, auditable records of orders,
    movements, offloads, disposals and budget spend; produce regular reports and support audits.
  • Budget & procurement support: manage internal budgets, raise purchase requests,
    proactively research local markets for product availability.
  • Feedback & continuous improvement: collect client, ops and vendor feedback on
    items and processes; log issues and propose improvements.
  • Cross-department handovers: perform structured handovers between shifts and
    ensure proper transfer of outstanding actions across ops, catering and 
    procurement.
  • Communication & escalation: provide clear, professional email and verbal updates;
    escalate shortages, damaged goods or budget overruns per protocol.
