About the Job
This on-site role is based at our concierge style Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at the airport, where you’ll be right at the heart of the action. As a key member of the FBO team, you’ll work closely with clients, passengers, crew, and fellow team members, providing an exceptional experience and ensuring smooth operations for each flight.
In this role, you’ll be fully immersed in the airport operations environment: the scent of jet fuel, the elements of the outdoors, and the unique pace of preparing multi-million-dollar private aircraft. Each shift, you’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, all with safety as the top priority. Your work is supported by both a safety & training network and a robust operations & management framework, allowing you to tap into expertise across functions to guide your efforts. With these interconnected support systems, you’ll be part of a team committed to delivering top-notch service and meeting the intricate demands of luxury flight.
What You’ll Do
What kind of things will I do in this role?
From directing crew members to assisting ultra-high-net-worth customers, you’ll be the first point of contact for those arriving and departing on a private jet.
- Aircraft Handling & Preparation: Refuel, tow, guide, and prep aircraft for arrivals and departures.
- Client & Crew Engagement: Provide amenities, radio support, and transportation for clients and crew.
- Facility Maintenance & Upkeep: Maintain aircraft, hangars, and FBO grounds to high standards.
What We Look For
- 2+ years’ experience as a line service technician or knowledge of refueling procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physically able to perform duties as outlined in physical demands section
- Self-directed with strong initiative for safety, accountability, and client experience
- Willingness to step in for others as needed; friendly and helpful demeanor
