At Jet Aviation, we connect people who are passionate about advancing business aviation. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent to help shape Jet Aviation’s continued success.
This position will focus on recruitment for our Madrid location, provide recruitment support for Switzerland, and take the lead on active sourcing to build strong talent pipelines across our business.
Your role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for designated roles in Spain and Switzerland – from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer management.
- Drive active sourcing through social networks, professional communities, and other channels to identify and engage top talent proactively.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure an excellent hiring experience.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through professional, transparent, and timely communication at every stage of the process.
- Represent Jet Aviation at career fairs, networking events, and university activities, supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key functions and hard-to-fill roles.
- Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment processes, ensuring continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency.

Your profile
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international environment.
- First experience in Active Sourcing and building talent pipelines across different functions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills and professional interpersonal style.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about connecting people, driving positive change, and staying up to date with recruitment trends.
