Position Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Executive Cabin Attendant to deliver an exceptional VVIP inflight experience for our distinguished passengers. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about luxury hospitality, aviation excellence, and personalized customer service.

As an Executive Cabin Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, discretion, and operational readiness on board. You will be responsible for all aspects of cabin preparation, inflight service delivery, catering coordination, cabin presentation, and passenger care while representing the company with professionalism and sophistication.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of cabin safety in accordance with Flight Operations Manual (FOM) requirements under the authority of the Aircraft Commander
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized, and seamless VVIP inflight service to passengers
  • Act as the primary liaison between passengers and flight crew to ensure smooth communication and an outstanding travel experience
  • Participate in pre-flight briefings with the Commander and receive all operational and passenger-related updates
  • Conduct thorough checks of safety equipment, cabin equipment, galley supplies, and catering arrangements prior to departure
  • Promptly report any discrepancies or deficiencies to the Commander for corrective action
  • Execute all inflight safety and service duties in compliance with company procedures, FOM, and Air Navigation Order (ANO) regulations
  • Maintain impeccable cabin presentation, cleanliness, and overall onboard ambience at all times
  • Coordinate aircraft re-catering and cabin preparation for subsequent flights
  • Ensure all cabin interiors and safety equipment are properly arranged and fully operational
  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism, discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail while serving high-profile passengers

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in Private Jet or Corporate Aviation operations will be highly advantageous
  • Extensive Commercial Business Class experience is essential; prior First Class service experience will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 consecutive years of experience with an international airline
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering premium passenger experiences
  • Highly polished, professional, and service-driven demeanor
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Results-oriented with a high level of personal accountability and operational excellence
  • Able to maintain composure, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced VVIP environment

Work Environment

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
