Your Role

  • Be a Trusted Strategic Partner: Serve as the primary HR advisor to leaders providing deep insight into organizational dynamics, workforce trends, and talent implications that influence critical business decisions.
  • Drive Organizational Effectiveness:Support initiatives in organizational design, change management, and leadership development to build future-ready capabilities and foster a culture of accountability and engagement. 
  • Empower Leadership and Teams: Coach and mentor leaders to cultivate high-performing teams, enhance leadership effectiveness, and embed Jet Aviation’s values across the organization.
  • Lead and Facilitate Core People Processes: Drive seamless alignment with business strategy to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes throughout every stage of the employee life cycle.
  • Strengthen Talent Pipelines: Identify and retain top talent while ensuring robust succession planning for critical roles to secure long-term business success.
  • Champion Employee Engagement: Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance culture and the overall employee experience, fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Provide Balanced Employee Relations Support: Navigate sensitive matters with fairness and discretion, building trust and mitigating risk.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: Use HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and optimize HR service delivery.
  • Represent HR Externally: Act as Jet Aviation’s HR ambassador with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network, strengthening our reputation and partnerships. 

Who You Are

  • Experienced HR Business Partner skilled at influencing leaders and managing complexity in international, matrixed organizations.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and pragmatic with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality HR solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with high accountability, personal drive, and execution excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and exposure to international labor law.
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills that build trust and alignment.
  • Technologically savvy, proficient in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver impactful results.
