Position Summary

As a Flight Operations Engineer, you will support daily flight operations by providing technical and regulatory expertise. This role offers hands‑on exposure to real operational decision‑making and is ideal for graduates looking to start their career in aviation operations within an international and regulated environment.

Your role

You will be part of the flight operations team and contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant operations by:

  • Supporting the Head of Flight Operations (Nominated Person Flight Operations – NPFO) in investigating operational issues during daily flight operations
  • Providing operational advice for special and/or complex operations and approvals
  • Monitoring aircraft certificate validity and supporting initial and renewal applications with Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs)
  • Administering Weight & Balance / Performance software and performing related analyses
  • Supporting revisions of operational documentation (Operations Manuals, MELs)
  • Ensuring fleet compliance with airspace user and equipment requirements
  • Preparing and distributing operational and technical communications to flight crews
  • Reviewing and verifying flight documentation
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Assisting with Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) system deployment and administration

Your profile

  • Degree or education in aviation, aerospace, engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of ICAO, EASA, or other aviation regulations (or strong motivation to learn)
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
  • Good IT skills and confidence with common software tools (e.g. MS Office)
