Position Summary

This function as Crew Administrator includes supporting crew coordination and crew training department within Flight Operations department.
You will be working in a multicultural and dynamic environment liaising with Crew members based all around the world. 
Coordinating with different departments withing the organization will be part of role.
We’re looking for a motivated team player with high work ethics and wiliness to learn.

Main Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining operational systems with flight crew relevant documents
  • Monitoring, organizing, and maintaining different Crew member certificates including (Medicals, Licenses, Visa, Validations, Training certificates, etc.) Updating records in different databases
  • Supporting Flight Crew Members with different requests and documentation
  • Organizing Uniforms for Flight Crew Members
  • Assisting of Onboarding of new Flight Crew Members and Contractors
  • Invoice Management
  • Supporting with Organization and scheduling of Training events
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in Administrative roles, or client facing roles
  • Experience in Aviation environment is of advantage
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. German language is of advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
  • Willingness to adapt and react to quickly changing operational environment
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, have initiative and be creative
  • Excellent team spirit with ability to work independently
  • Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values.
