Position Summary:
The Crew Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Flight Crew (including Pilots and Cabin Attendants). Responsibilities include coordinating training, managing compliance documentation, and facilitating communication between departments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Occasional weekend support may be required.
Main Responsibilities:
— Coordinate and manage costs and arrangements for training courses with approved training providers.
— Liaise with training centers, internal departments, and flight crew to schedule initial type conversions and recurrent training.
— Prepare and maintain training documentation, agreements, and ensure timely scheduling at approved facilities.
— Arrange travel logistics, including flights and accommodation, in compliance with company policies.
— Ensure all flight crew complete mandatory and assigned training; maintain accurate records and issue certifications promptly.
— Monitor and track expiry dates for licenses, medical certificates, ELT, and training requirements, ensuring timely renewals.
— Maintain and provide effective, timely communication with crew members.
— Provide support to crew members on company systems, such as Concur, iChris, SuccessFactors, Leon etc.
— Coordinate freelance crew contract matters with recruitment agencies or relevant stakeholders.
— Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned by superior or management.
Minimum Requirements:
— Diploma or above in aviation relevant disciplines
— Relevant work experience in aviation industry
— Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with aviation-related systems
— Able to work for adhoc tasks in non-office hours and public holidays
