Position Summary:  
The Manager Finance is in a management position that leads the Finance function and the Finance team in Hong Kong & Singapore. This position reports to the Director of Finance APAC FBO & ACM, and dotted line to both the Site Leaders of the MRO and the Aircraft Management businesses. The role is a key business partner to the Site Leaders.  

Main Responsibilities: 
• Maintain full set of accounts for Jet Aviation Hong Kong and Jet Aviation Business Jets (HK & SGP), Jet Aviation San Marino. 
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations and US GAAP. 
• Prepare monthly reporting package to Head Office 
- Submissions of Monthly & Quarterly Financial performance to HQ via SAP 
- Submission of monthly & Quarterly variance analysis for Day 2 Bridge & Day 5 reporting to APAC LT 
- Submission of Monthly financial forecast, risk & opportunity, and Cashflow forecast via SAP BW to HQ 
- Represent all the ACM APAC based line of business as the primary contact on financial information requested from HQ and Asia Pacific Management. 
• Financial modeling and profitability analysis 
- Sales profitability report 
- Business case analysis and preparation 
- ACS LT management reporting 
• Cash and Working Capital Management 
- Cashflow forecast 
- AR & AP management 
- WIP management 
- Fixed Asset and Capex control and management 
• Preparation and submission of annual budget to Head Office 
• In Charge of yearly audit 
- Ensure completion and submission of statutory audits in line with GD timeline. 
• Oversee Tax & Legal and insurance issues 
- Submission of statutory corporate tax and GST returns 
- Liaise with HQ and local law firm on legal issues and with HQ Insurance on insurance issues 
- Liaise with Company Secretary and HQ on company secretarial issues 
• Implement and document Delegation of Authority, Accounting and Controls Processes in line with SOX requirements 
• Manage a team providing client accounting services to Aircraft Management clients. This includes costing control, billings to customers and client reporting services. 
• Business partners to the Site Leaders. Providing financial leadership and data analytics in promoting sound commercial and financial decisions and behaviours. 
• Support system implementation and post go-live matters 
• Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting 
• Relevant experience in aviation industry is an advantage but not a must 
• SAP experience is a plus 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction 
• Able to consult with management on financial issues with a hands-on perspective. 
• Effective in project management and coordinate with department managers with positive and progressive perspective. 
• Adhere to deadlines for statutory submissions and project deadlines.
