Join RBI Hawker Limited, a joint venture between Hawker Pacific Airservices Ltd and Bell, as a Logistics & Procurement Officer. Based in Brisbane, you will play a vital role in supporting world-class Helicopter Rotor Blade Repair and Overhaul Facilities. This is your chance to be part of a specialized team, ensuring seamless operations across the APAC region.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure storage and distribution of parts and materials is conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate, comply and promote RBIHA OH&S and Environment programs and Aviation Safety Management System.
- Provide Waste Management solutions in accordance with Australian requirements.
- Co-ordinating the import and export of all Helicopter Rotor Blades, spare parts, tooling, equipment & materials, ensuring supporting documentation is complete, accurate and in line with Australia Customs requirements and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that spare parts and products are ordered through the IFS ERP system at competitive prices and acceptable timeframes to meet project deadlines.
- Track and follow-up on Purchase Orders with vendors and suppliers.
- Support Financial and Operational reporting ensuring:
- Accurate records for parts and products are maintained in line with Regulatory Authority and company requirements.
- Supporting the Finance Department in the reconciliation of materials and parts invoices.
- Check for damage and discrepencies between the goods and invoices of those goods, in line with company policies.
- Receive blades for repair and compile documentation. Liaise with accounts and IFS administration on project status.
- Track and and co-ordinate with the workshop supervisor on tooling items that require calibration.
- Provide information to RBIHA Operations Manager as required on delivery timelines for parts and products.
- Provide input into response to customer queries and complaints.
- Assist Workshops Managers/Supervisors on request

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Understanding of Aviation regulatory requirements for Aircraft Maintenance
- Computer Literate in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Good communication skills, including written and verbal
- Common courtesy and customer orientation
- Ability to work flexible schedules were required
- Customer service and safety focused
