Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic U.S. team. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who thrives on taking initiative, driving innovation, and continuously improving processes. You’ll work directly with regional Sales Directors—managing key data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business development efforts behind the scenes.

This role is a hybrid position, working from one of our core U.S. offices at least four days a week. Priority will be given to candidates located near the following Jet Aviation hubs:

 

  • Scottsdale, AZ
  • Bozeman, MT
  • Houston, TX
  • Dallas, TX

 

The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $25 - $33 hourly, which is equivalent to $52,000 – $70,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business aviation or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), FBO One, SAP, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support business needs.

Your Role

  • Build, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc sales reports to support pricing strategies, customer reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Manage customer pricing agreements and discount structures, ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms including Salesforce, FBO One, and SAP.
  • Serve as the internal expert and primary support resource for FBO One system functionality, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless agreement setup and data accuracy.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing in partnership with IT.
  • Travel occasionally to support regional industry events, meetings, and training.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Jet Aviation, representing our values of trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency.
