Your Opportunity
As a Ramp Services Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and seamless turnaround of aircraft at our facility. Your focus will be on maintaining a high level of service and safety while supporting the day-to-day operations across the ramp, hangar, and customer-facing areas.
You’ll assist with the marshalling and handling of aircraft, refuelling, lounge cleanliness, and support our clients, passengers and crew, ensuring an exceptional experience every time.
Your Responsibilities
Operational Duties
- Marshal, chock, and tow aircraft using approved equipment.
- Assist with refuelling and aircraft toilet servicing.
- Maintain ramp and hangar cleanliness, including removal of FOD.
- Support hangar management and record aircraft movements.
- Conduct adverse weather mitigation procedures.
- Monitor lounge and FBO area cleanliness, ensuring a premium standard.
- Provide outstanding service to VIP passengers and flight crews.
- Answer telephones promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional FBO and Jet Aviation services.
Safety, Compliance & Procedures
- Comply with all Jet Aviation WHS, Aviation Safety and Environmental policies.
- Follow all procedures for airside access and airport security.
- Ensure use of PPE and safety cones/barriers as required.
- Store GSE equipment correctly and ensure tarmac safety protocols are followed.
- Participate in safety initiatives, emergency response training, and complete all required training modules.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Prior experience in aviation, airport operations or FBO environments is an advantage
