Your Opportunity
Full-time position with a 24/7 roster environment
Annual salary from AUD $70,000–$80,000 plus superannuation
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the safe and efficient arrival, turnaround and departure of aircraft across a range of movements.
- Marshalling aircraft in accordance with approved procedures and operational requirements.
- Operating FBO ground support equipment, including vehicles, stairs, conveyor belts and ground power units, where trained and authorised.
- Handling baggage, equipment and other items safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with aircraft towing and positioning activities where trained and authorised.
- Performing water and toilet servicing, waste removal and other aircraft support activities.
- Preparing aircraft, passenger areas, crew areas and FBO facilities to a high professional standard.
- Coordinating fuel, catering, ground transport and other third-party services.
- Responding effectively to delays, schedule changes and unexpected operational requirements.
- Maintaining awareness of aircraft movements, ramp activity, vehicle movements and operational risks.
- Recording aircraft movements and related activities accurately and in real time in FBO One and other relevant systems.
- Supporting team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement.

- Can work effectively in an often-unsupervised environment while maintaining high safety and service standards.
- Understand the importance of safety, security, compliance and accurate documentation in aviation.
- Have the physical capability to perform ramp and aircraft handling duties, including baggage handling and operating ground support equipment.
- Are confident communicating with pilots, crew, passengers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Hold a current ASIC or have the ability to obtain one.
- Hold a current driver’s licence and can meet airport driving requirements, where applicable.
- Previous experience in FBO
- Aircraft Ground handling experience
- Aircraft knowledge and experience
- Airline, Aircraft charter, Corporate aviation or general aviation operations experience
