Your Opportunity
- Annual Salary from AUD$62,126 to $93,190, plus Superannuation, Overtime and a 5% bonus. The Annual Salary is dependent on the successful candidates qualifications and relevant experience.

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting general maintenance control activities and maintaining compliant aircraft records.
- Ensuring required maintenance is identified in work records and progressed to maintenance staff.
- Coordinating with operational programming and flight-line teams to align maintenance planning, aircraft availability and sortie requirements.
- Managing AMO data and document control processes to maintain ongoing compliance.
- Publishing approved amendments to maintenance program documentation.
- Supporting communication requirements for deployed aircraft technical administration.
- Assisting with administration activities including payroll backup, invoicing, purchasing, timesheets, PPE and uniform ordering, security passes and general site administration.
- Building effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including business improvement activities and error prevention recommendations.
What will Help You Succeed
- Experience in aircraft maintenance control in a civil and/or military aviation environment.
- Basic aircraft maintenance knowledge and an understanding of regulated maintenance operations.
- Experience in technical administration, records management or document control.
- Strong systems capability, including IFS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- A customer service and safety-first mindset.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of accountability, initiative and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of EASA regulations, which will be highly regarded.
