Your Opportunity

As Administration Officer, your role will be to provide administrative support to ensure timely and accurate financial and logistical management of the BWC program based at Pearce RAAF Base.

Annual Salary Packages from AUD $72,000 - $76,000 + Super + Bonus. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively participate and comply with Jet Aviation company policy and procedure including but not limited to WHS, Environment programs and Aviation Safety Management System
  • General Office duties not limited to; directing calls, base pass access (employee and visitor), filing and archiving, general office enquiries and monthly timesheet management
  • Purchasing and management of general site items such as office supplies, staff amenities, uniform and PPE IAW company procedures and within financial delegations
  • Accurate and timely ERP system data entry and management not limited to:
    • Project Management; create, manage and close
    • Project Cost Registration
    • Employee Time Registration and reconciliation
    • Purchase Orders
    • Housekeeping; purchasing, suspense account, WIP, accruals, GL accounts and work orders
  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in accordance with company procedures
  • Management of confidential financial and contractual data
  • Generation of draft annual budget and subsequent support to SMM in management of the agreed budget
  • Time critical EOM Finance and Labour reporting to SVP and Finance Manager Government Business as required
  • Provide efficient administration of but not limited to the following IAW company policy and procedure:
    • Petty Cash and Imprest
    • Word processing, Excel data input and PowerPoint Presentations
    • Travel and sustenance arrangements
    • Capital Expenditure
    • Assist Training Development personnel with training requests
    • Corporate VISA management
    • Assist unit HR Business Partner in recruitment process as required
  • Provide excellent customer and contract stakeholder focus in respect of:
    • Additional Service Requests (ASR)
    • General enquiries and requests
  • Provide wider support to the PTS PEA program and other INTRA Group departments if required, to cover periods of leave and/or heavy workloads.
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
