Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, driven Sales Lead to spearhead business growth for Jet Aviation’s Rotary Operations in the Asia-Pacific region. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base, driving the sale of new and pre-owned helicopters, and supporting our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and other lines of business under the RBI Hawker Australia business.

Your Responsibilities

As the Sales Lead, you will:

  • Drive Growth: Secure new business opportunities and expand our helicopter sales and MRO services across APAC.

  • Build Relationships: Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with OEMs (Bell, Leonardo), customers, and industry networks.

  • Represent Excellence: Champion Jet Aviation’s brand and values within the aviation community, ensuring customer satisfaction On Time. On Budget. On Specification.

  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and deliver regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with Jet Aviation and RBIH objectives.

  • Negotiate and Deliver: Lead contract negotiations, manage complex agreements, and achieve targeted sales and profitability outcomes.

  • Stay Ahead: Research and report on industry trends, competition, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on customer needs, proposals, and business opportunities.

What will help you to Succeed

  • Solid understanding of the aviation industry, preferably with hands-on experience in an aircraft maintenance facility or commercial operation.

  • Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements for aircraft maintenance.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in a customer focused, multi project environments.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Aviation, Sales, or Business.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously with professionalism and integrity.

  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or Helicopter Pilot background is an advantage.

  • Proven success in technical sales (minimum 2 years).

  • Demonstrated relationship management and network-building skills.

  • Strong initiative, results-driven mindset, and high personal accountability.

  • Willingness to travel locally, interstate and internationally as required.
