As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll become a key part of a tight-knit team supporting private and corporate aircraft from around the world. You'll be the face of Jet Aviation on the ground — helping us deliver an exceptional experience to aircraft owners, VIP passengers, and flight crews.  This is more than just a job — it’s a launching pad into a dynamic and global aviation industry with Jet Avaition. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support incoming private and corporate aircraft – coordinating ground handling, passenger services, and crew needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to high-value clients, passengers, VIPs, and national/international crew members at every interaction
  • Manage logistics like fuel, catering, water/waste services, and ground transportation to ensure timely and quality service is delivered
  • Support flight movements by marshalling aircraft, handling baggage, operating ground support equipment
  • Manage 3rd party service bookings and staff rosters for optimal service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely FBO data entry – using tools like FBO One and CRM to record movements and services
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Help improve the operation by sharing ideas and contributing to a safety-first, service-focused culture
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming FBO environment at all times.
  • Support regulatory and safety compliance in accordance with WHS&E and airport authority requirements.
  • Identify business opportunities across Jet Aviation’s service lines – including MRO, aircraft sales, logistics, and maintenance support.
  • Participate in regular professional training and support the training and mentoring of new team members.

  • Experience in a customer service or operations-focused role
  • Understanding of general aviation or corporate aviation 
  • Proficient with basic PC systems and FBO One (or similar software)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about aviation and customer service
  • Driven, with high personal accountability and initiative
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Focused on safety and service excellence
  • Hold an ASIC card or have the ability to obtain an ASIC Card. 
  • Well Presentation - you are the the face of Jet Avaition on the ground
