Position Summary


We are looking for a skilled and motivated Aircraft Cabin Systems Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the removal, installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft cabin systems and components typically water, waste, and environmental systems within a Part-145 environment. Your work will require precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety, budget, and on-time delivery objectives.

Your mission

 

  • Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
  • Manufacture, repair, modify, remove, and install complex piping components to technical specifications using standard tooling, machinery, and tube bending equipment.
  • Assemble and install complex systems (e.g., water systems, oxygen, hydraulic high-pressure systems) in line with approved documentation and standards, either as first-time Installation or retrofits.
  • Inspect existing installations during maintenance and support in preparing man-hour, schedule, and material estimates for corrective actions.
  • Complete all required paperwork and digital records for planned work, rectification actions, additional work proposals, fabrication, installation, and testing.
  • Work confidently with aircraft manuals such as AMM, IPC, CMM, SPM, EO, and SB.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads, peers, and other disciplines to support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to relevant documentation and processes, escalating any constraints or delays when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and propose product or process improvements.
  • Maintain full traceability of all work performed.
  • Keep the work area clean, tidy, and compliant with environmental and safety regulations.

Your profile

 

  • A background that meets the Workshop Technician (Level I) requirements.
  • Solid technical knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Basic English (A2 minimum) able to read and understand manuals and engineering data. French and/or German are a plus.
  • Knowledge of FOCA, EASA, and FAA processes is desirable.
