Position Summary
Join Jet Aviation’s as a Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate the Team work on Wide/Narrow Body completion & MTX projects.
You will work pro-actively with other supervisors to encourage global team development and communication.
You will ensure the flawless execution of complex aircraft completion projects by managing daily workflows, maintaining the highest quality standards, and fostering collaboration with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers. Your leadership will be key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Your profile
- Familiar with aviation authorities (FOCA, EASA, FAA)
- Knowledge and understanding of aviation documentation (AMM/SRM/IPC)
- Knowledge and understanding of Jet Aviation’s internal documentation (TI, Job cards, MTT, DWG’s…)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, as well as with SAP, SmarTeam
- Possesses the appropriate COSQ (Certificate Of Special Qualification)
- Completed apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation industry
- Experience in leading a team
- Familiar with Part 145 and Part 21G regulations
- Fluent in English (B2 level or above); French or German is a plus
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
