Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shop activities Coordinator to support completion projects. In this role, you will work closely with the , Shop managers, Shops Supervisor, and Part 21G teams to ensure effective planning, documentation control, Isoc tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The Shop Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate project data, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring smooth communication across engineering, production, supply chain, and certification teams.
Your role
- Coordinate shop planning activities: Support the Shop Managers and Supervisors with daily planning, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
- Maintain planning and tracking tools: Prepare and update planning boards, work packages, trackers, and internal progress reports.
- Ensure documentation alignment: Maintain consistency between production data, Prodos, engineering drawings, and planning systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional interfaces: Act as the liaison between Shop Teams, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Certifying Staff.
- Support operational execution: Assist with daily work planning and ensure technicians have the latest work orders and technical documentation.
- Monitor progress and deviations: Track work progress, identify delays or gaps, and escalate issues impacting schedule or compliance.
- Support quality and compliance: Ensure planning and documentation activities comply with POE, MOE, Part 21G & Part 145, and authority requirements.

Your profile
- Vocational training or degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Project Coordination, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in an aviation environment (Completion Center, OEM, or MRO) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with administrative support, planning coordination, and document management.
- Understanding of EASA/FAA/FOCA regulations, Part 21G and Part 145 processes is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy in a dynamic environment.
