Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in aviation services worldwide, driven by a passion for continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment. As a Senior Specialist Systems Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation of processes, systems and reporting tools. You will be collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure that the processes and associated platforms are available, matching business needs, globally aligned and executed effectively.
Your mission
Team development and process improvement
- Develop methodologies, processes, reporting, and associated intuitive, agile, scalable, and manageable tools to enhance team’s effectiveness.
- Identify new business solution opportunities and benchmark against similar industry practices.
Technical expertise and user support
- Provide technical expertise to Jet Aviation’s end-users and leadership on business solutions and processes to adequately specify their needs.
- Ensure effective change management by training end-users and addressing their questions regarding system usage, data transactions, and status.
- Maintain troubleshooting tracking to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Project and initiative management
- Follow up and monitor various initiatives under your responsibility to guarantee timely delivery to end-users.
- Manage consolidation of End-User Computing (EUC) solutions within related IT strategic programs (ERP, BI).
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and/or external software providers to deliver new business solutions.
Data management and systems development
- Develop, clean, analyze, and maintain master data, acting as Master Data Steward or Owner.
- Develop or support the development and implementation of major enterprise toolsets such as ERP, CRM, and others.

Your profile
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in science / information technologies / Business Intelligence and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Specialist Systems Support role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Proficient in coding development (VB / .Net / C / R) in the context of custom solutions development
- Strong track-record in managing Business Solutions and processes, master data management in a global matrixed organization.
- In-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry, OEMs, regulatory framework and MRO processes is preferred.
- Proficient in SQL and S4 Hana cloud is a plus.
- Fluent English skills, German or French language skills are a plus
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.
- High accountability, strong customer-service orientation, a proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work under high pressure.
