Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a dynamic Sales Director Government Programs EMEA to drive business growth in government and special mission aviation across the EMEA region. In this strategic role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, law enforcement authorities, and key industry partners, and act as the commercial lead in pre-bid phases for complex aviation programs to drive sustainable growth in the Government Programs portfolio.

Your Role

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in government and special mission aviation.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead early customer engagement and shape capture strategies for key opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transition opportunities into successful programs.
  • Represent Jet Aviation at industry events and with key stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in aerospace or defence sales, with a strong track record in government or military programs.
  • Proven track record of success in complex B2G (Business-to-Government) and B2B (Business to-Business) sales environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and mission equipment suppliers.
  • Fluent English; additional languages (French, German, Arabic, or Spanish) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA and internationally.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to operate effectively in multicultural and international environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance where required.
