Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SCM Business Transformation Project Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives across our Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations in EMEA. In this role, you will spearhead large-scale transformation and continuous improvement projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Your role
- Manage Cross-Functional SCM Projects: Oversee initiatives across logistics, procurement, tooling, and inventory management to drive operational efficiency and project success.
- Define Project Scope and Objectives: Establish clear goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with overall business and supply chain strategies.
- Monitor Milestones and Mitigate Risks: Track progress against timelines, proactively manage risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Industry Best Practices: Utilize PMBOK, Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance project outcomes and deliver quantifiable improvements.
- Deliver Executive-Level Reporting: Prepare and present status updates, KPIs, and insights to SCM leadership and executive stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure Portfolio Governance Compliance: Support governance frameworks to maintain consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment across the SCM project portfolio.
- Promote Digital Transformation: Champion a digital-first approach by identifying and implementing automation opportunities and leveraging advanced analytics.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in complex, global environments.
- Proven track record in change management, process improvement, and business transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Experience in private/business aviation MRO or Completions is highly desirable.
- Understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, etc.) is an advantage.
