Position Summary

In this position you will be the go to person for our team taking care of  the MRO Business Operation Support and Sales. You will capture, understand and communicate customer scope of works, coordinate costing efforts, develop pricing and draft proposals. Above and beyond you are ensuring internal and external approval gathering, negotiations with customers, revisions of proposals and transfer to execution. Main Responsibilities


  • Provide operational support to Sales Management, acting as a Project Manager for quoting and developing commercial proposals
  • Develop scope of work in collaboration with the Global Sales department and the customer
  • Act as sparring partner for the MRO Business Operation Support, Sales and the Senior Leaders
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders like engineering, procurement, production and planning team to gather labor, material estimates and schedule
  • Establish and release commercial proposals including quote and contracts to Global Sales Directors
  • Provide technical support to Global Sales department during customer’s meeting

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical degree from an accredited university or vocal education with further training
  • Minimum of 5 years aviation experience in an equivalent role
  • Strong acquaintance with avionics (cockpit and cabin) and electronic embedded systems in use in the Business or Commercial Aviation Industry
  • Solid understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs (IFE and miscellaneous electronic embedded systems suppliers), MROs, and the regulatory framework
  • Strong track-record in Sales and/or Quotation
  • Experiences in production and/or project Management would constitute a strong advantage
  • Knowledge in interior refurbishment would be a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP and SalesForce would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, German and/or French is beneficial
  • Ability to form effective working relationships
