Position Summary
As a Project Manager in Real Estate & Facility Management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll lead and coordinate a variety of projects, from construction and refurbishments to workplace planning and service management – always with a focus on delivering excellent support to our internal stakeholders.
Your mission
- Deliver high-quality customer service and functional support to internal customers
- Manage facility maintenance and service contracts, including renewals, modifications, and compliance
- Ensure smooth building operations by coordinating with the airport, suppliers, and contractors
- Lead and oversee facility and real estate projects such as renovations, repairs, and new installations
- Drive the execution of the Facility Master Plan, including team, shop, and office relocations
- Manage space allocation, workplace setup, office furniture, and equipment across the site
- Evaluate supplier and contractor performance to ensure cost-efficiency and value
- Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent issues as they arise

Your profile
- Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in a Facility Management role or construction company
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and SharePoint; REVIT is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in English; French and German are a strong advantage
