Position Summary


We’re looking for a proactive and innovation‑driven Process Analyst to join our Automation Factory team. In this role, you’ll help shape the way we work by spotting improvement opportunities, designing smarter workflows, and implementing cutting‑edge automation solutions. Your work will directly enhance operational efficiency, elevate business performance, and accelerate value delivery across the organization.

Your mission

 

  • Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies, with a focus on automation opportunities within the Automation Factory.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements, diagnose pain points, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and Automation Factory initiatives.
  • Design streamlined and automated processes using best practices and technology solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, tailored to the Automation Factory environment.
  • Develop process maps and models (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) to clearly communicate process changes and automation workflows.
  • Measure and monitor process performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Automation Factory objectives.
  • Facilitate change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new automated processes within the Automation Factory and broader organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Finance, HR, EHSQ, and Legal to ensure process innovations deliver measurable business value and support enterprise-wide automation goals.

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in process analysis and process innovation with a focus on automation
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or internal audits.
  • Strong skills in process mapping and modeling (BPMN, flowcharts).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and platforms, particularly RPA technologies (PowerAutomate, Automation Anywhere).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze data to support process decisions and improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
