Position Summary
Join our expert team and play a crucial role in keeping aircraft safe and reliable! You’ll lead the execution of key maintenance projects, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and punctuality — all while working closely with passionate teams across our operations.
Your role
- Perform Inspections & Testing: Conduct hands-on aircraft and parts inspections using NDT methods like Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Radiography, and Thermography under expert supervision.
- Apply OEM Documentation: Navigate and follow OEM manuals and inspection procedures precisely to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Analyze Structural Damage: Assess corrosion, cracks, and impacts on aircraft structures to ensure safety and durability.
- Maintain Equipment: Manage and control inspection tools regularly to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with aircraft operation teams and project managers to coordinate efficient project execution.

Your profile
- Previous experience as an NDT Technician preferred.
- Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent education.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals.
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of aircraft structures and materials.
- Skilled in MS Office; SAP ERP experience is a plus.
- Autonomous, flexible, motivated, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work shifts and adapt to dynamic work environments.
