Position Summary

As our Marketing & Communications Manager (EMEA), you’ll report to the Director of Marketing EMEA—partnering with senior leaders, crafting compelling campaigns, and ensuring our brand shines across every channel. You’ll collaborate closely with global teams to align initiatives and deliver a seamless experience for internal and external audiences.

Your mission

 

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with EMEA business goals.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Management of Regional Operations EMEA and their leadership team.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns using print, digital, social media, and more
  • Drive internal communications to boost employee engagement across EMEA sites
  • Manage media relations and PR activities, representing Jet Aviation externally
  • Collaborate globally to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
  • Work closely with regional site leaders and HR to create a strong campaign of appropriate internal communications to strengthen employee engagement. 
  • Create impactful marketing collateral and digital content
  • Champion Jet Aviation’s values and represent the brand with excellence

Your profile

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic MarComm role
  • Exceptional writing skills and media-savvy communication style
  • Customer focused – with a strong market perspective
  • Proven success in regional campaign leadership and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent English (native preferred); German or French are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and SharePoint is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
