Position Summary

As Jet Aviation continues to evolve and grow its MRO footprint, we are looking for a highly capable contract professional who can bring commercial judgment, precision, and strategic insight to some of our most important customer and business engagements.
Jet Aviation invites you to join our MRO organization in Switzerland as MRO Contracts Senior Manager. As the current role holder moves into a new internal opportunity, we are looking for an experienced successor ready to take ownership of key contractual activities, support business development, and help secure Jet Aviation’s interests across a dynamic international environment.
Your role
- Contract Management with Excellence: Take ownership of the full contractual lifecycle for MRO activities, including the maintenance, renewal, and negotiation of frame agreements across technical, commercial, and legal dimensions. You will help ensure that our agreements are robust, competitive, and aligned with business priorities.
- Drive Sales and Contract Administration Across EMEA: Lead the administrative development and fulfilment of contract requirements in the sale and delivery of MRO products and services. You will advise on contractual rights and obligations, manage amendments and extensions, and support strong contract compliance and control across the business.
- Serve as a Trusted Contractual Partner to the Business: Work closely with Sales, Quality, and Legal to maximize and secure Jet Aviation’s interests across contractual engagements. As the sole customer point of contact for MRO frame contract changes, you will bring clarity, structure, and confidence to complex discussions and decisions. In the context of larger and more complex agreements, you might also engage with other lines of business and identify opportunities to offer customers a broader scope of Jet Aviation services beyond MRO.
- Support Business Development and Strategic Tendering:
Play a central role in governmental tendering activities across EMEA, including tender analysis, stakeholder coordination, bid preparation, submission, and proposal presentation. You will also contribute to the development of Jet Aviation coverage programs and support the preparation of General Terms Agreements for large accounts in cooperation with Legal.
- Strengthen Consistency, Compliance, and Commercial Impact:
Support contract audits and controlling activities, help ensure project conformity to contract requirements, and contribute to the harmonization of volume discount policy strategy and rules across EMEA and Asia. Through a disciplined and proactive approach, you will strengthen contract quality, reduce risk, and support business performance.

You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and bring confidence to high-value discussions.
