Position Summary

As a Logistics Agent / Driver, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly, managing materials with precision, and safely transport goods between Jet Aviation facilities. Your mission
- Logistic ambassador: Work autonomously with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency across all logistics processes, including incoming goods, shipping, warehousing, picking, and internal transport.
- Goods handling & logistics operations: Oversee incoming inspections, material preparation, packing/unpacking, loading/unloading, and shipping, ensuring every step meets high-quality standards.
- Safe transport & handling: Transport merchandise using a forklift truck or reach truck to designated locations within the warehouse, which include loading, unloading and order picking. Apply transport safety measures when moving materials, using the appropriate equipment (pallet truck, forklift, truck, or bus).
- Inventory & storage management: Organize and maintain an efficient storage system, conduct cycle counts, and support Kanban logistics operations to optimize inventory flow.
- Collaboration & process improvement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, adopting a problem-solving mindset to continuously enhance logistics processes.
- Regulatory compliance & standards: Ensure all tasks comply with Jet Aviation procedures, aviation regulations, technical requirements, and industry best practices.

Your profile
- Logistics technical degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience
- Expertise in goods handling and storage in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements in physical logistics within a large company (aviation experience preferred)
- Experience in SAP (SAP R/3 or S4) is an advantage
- Valid B license & C (Truck) license required, Swiss C driving license is a plus, FIMO, ADR all classes including 1&7
- Knowledge of all material authority documents that need to be checked for correctness and validity.
- Fluent in English (B1 minimum), German or French is a plus
- Positive, continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving approach to optimize overall Logistics activities
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
