Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, we are committed to driving excellence and innovation across our organization. As part of our 2026 Strategic Roadmap, we are seeking a Project Management & Transformation Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and the Program Manager, supporting key initiatives that shape the future of our business. As a Project Management & Transformation Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting change management and strategic implementation activities.
Your Role
- Reporting & Tracking: Prepare and maintain progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs for strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with and challenge key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
- Workshop & Meeting Preparation: Assist in planning and organizing workshops, leadership meetings, and engagement sessions.
- Project Documentation: Support the development of project charters, timelines, and governance documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide assistance on various transformation-related tasks as required.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Engineering, Project Management, Change Management, Economics with a focus on Strategy or Management, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., project charters, governance frameworks).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
